M-d 78196 Vinyl Gasket Weatherstrip, Brown, 1/2-in. X 17-ft.

The M-D 78196 Vinyl Gasket Weatherstrip is a flexible vinyl bulb-type seal designed to mount directly to door jambs and window frames. This 1/2-inch-thick, 17-foot continuous strip compresses tightly against doors and windows when closed, forming a barrier that resists moisture and air infiltration. By sealing gaps around openings, it helps reduce heating and cooling costs, minimizes noise infiltration, and prevents water damage that can lead to rot or mold growth.

Whether you're weatherproofing a single entry door, multiple windows, or performing a whole-home energy retrofit, this gasket weatherstrip delivers reliable performance with straightforward installation. The neutral brown color blends discreetly with standard trim and door frames, maintaining a clean appearance while protecting your home's interior from the elements.
